Our Work
Our workshops are grounded in international party development methods and tailored to the needs Colorado’s minor parties identify themselves.
Through monthly coalition calls, regional convenings, and joint policy advocacy, ACE helps minor parties coordinate strategy, share resources, and amplify their collective impact.
ACE conducts formal, standards-based election observation missions using methodologies drawn from international practice.
ACE conducts original research to inform party strategy, educate voters, and establish credible public data on multiparty dynamics in Colorado.

Colorado's First Domestic Election Observation
In November 2025, ACE conducted a limited domestic election observation — examining municipal elections in Fort Collins, Boulder, and Longmont. Our team found professional, transparent election administration with no credible fraud, intimidation, or malfunction. We also identified structural barriers limiting minor party participation and published recommendations to the Colorado General Assembly and three municipalities.

This mission established ACE as a credible, nonpartisan voice in Colorado election policy and set the standard for what local citizen observation can look like.
